What sectors of the economy will it seek to target?
1. Private Sector
The offices in the Millennium Mill as well as the commercial spaces opposite the Silo D will contribute to providing the economic growth in the area.
2. Retail Sector
The mixed-use Millennium Mill will provide retail spaces for shops/brands that are well known around the world, offering services to customers.
3. Leisure Sector
The leisure/tourism sector will be based outside the Millennium Mills, mainly providing provision of families that will attract tourists.
4. Hospitality Sector
The various restaurants and independent coffee shops/cafes at the ground floor of the Millennium Mills will benefit the growth of the economy in the Docklands.
