1. Improvement and enhancement of historic buildings

The development of Millennium Mills and the Silo D will provide the Silvertown Quays a new perspective sense of identity and place. Being a derelict building with a strong historic character for many years, the regeneration of the Royal Docklands will attract new businesses and occupants, therefore, revitalising the area.

2. Mix of new & existing communities

Royal Docklands will be a place that will welcome a wide range of communities. By creating good quality public realm for everyone to use, the Royal Docks will be an area that will bring many people together. Providing good use of the waterfront, many tourists will gain knowledge and the history behind this astonishing area in London.

3. Attractive public realm

The new development in the Royal Docklands will improve and enhance the historical assets - Millennium Mills and Silo D, by providing the area with new opportunities to rebrand the creative and cultural hub in the heart of London. In addition, public open spaces will provide visual attractions to those who are interested to see what Silvertown Quays can provide to new & old communities.
